ITB-COT 12-14 - Demolition

Summary of Specifications:
Furnish ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE DEMOLITION OF VARIOUS BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES LOCATED AT 6695 JOHN R ROAD IN THE CITY OF TROY, in accordance with the specifications and photo attached hereto. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $1,600.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. Vendors supplying unsuccessful proposals will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. The bid deposit of the successful bidder will be retained as a performance surety until successful completion of all contract requirements. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Vendors need to attend only ONE of the two onsite visits scheduled.
