Summary of Specifications:
Sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for ENERGY AUDITS will be received by the City of Troy at the City Clerk’s Office, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, JULY 22, 2010, at 10:00 AM EDT, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices.
NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for TUESDAY, JULY 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM, EDT LOCATED AT TROY CITY HALL, 500 W. BIG BEAVER RD., TROY, MI 48084 in LOWER LEVEL CONFERENCE ROOM. The sites will be available for inspection during this meeting. It is Strongly Recommended That Interested Parties Attend This Meeting.
It is required one (1) Original and three (3) copies of the complete package are included at the time of submitting the Statement of Qualification.
The Energy Audit Project has received US Department of Energy Funding, as part of the EECBG Program. (Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant) The audits have been allocated an estimated $43,000 to perform this work and are contingent upon City Council approval.
