Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals to FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL AND LABOR TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL TWO (2) PLASMA PANEL DISPLAYS AND DISTRIBUTION AMPLIFIER IN THE TROY CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS in accordance with the attached specifications will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for MONDAY, APRIL 23, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. LOCATED AT TROY CITY HALL, 500 W. BIG BEAVER RD, TROY, MI 48084, CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS. The site will be available for inspection during this meeting. It is Strongly Recommended That Interested Companies Attend This Meeting as a Site Visit is Mandatory. If a bidder does not attend the pre-bid meeting nor schedules a different time for a site visit, that bidder will be considered non-responsive and no longer eligible for award.

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
