RFQ-COT 17-02 - Pre-Qualification - Natural Gas Suppliers

Summary of Specifications:
Pre-qualification does not guarantee a contract with the City of Troy, but rather will pre-qualify suppliers to respond to upcoming Requests for Quotes for Fixed Rate Pricing for Natural Gas. 

The purpose of this Solicitation is to pre-qualify suppliers to participate in a competitive bidding process for natural gas requirements for the City of Troy. The specific selection criteria for service is listed below. 

It is the intention of the City of Troy to pre-qualify suppliers in order to reduce efforts expended by the City and the supplier community to secure gas supply. This streamlining will serve the best interest of the City to reduce the process time, contracting costs and simplify the process to secure contracts.
