RFP-COT 12-04 Testing Services - Professional Municipal Testing Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Troy Purchasing Department invites consulting engineering firms to review the attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for professional municipal testing services for the City’s Engineering Department. The attached documents will be used to determine the most qualified firm(s) with the ability to provide these services. The effective date of the resulting contract will be April 1, 2012 (or upon City Council approval, whichever is later) through March 31, 2015, with an option to renew the contract for three (3) additional years. An evaluation committee will make the decision as to the selection of the most qualified firm(s). Their decision will be deemed in the City of Troy’s best interest and will be final. The City of Troy urges all interested parties to submit the enclosed Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposal documents.
