Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposal to FURNISH ALL LABOR, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, CHEMICALS, TRANSPORTATION, AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES INCLUDING MOWING FOR MUNICIPAL GROUNDS & ABANDONED PROPERTIES FOR THREE-YEARS WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO ADDITIONAL YEARS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084.
A cashier’s check, certified check, money order, or irrevocable letter of credit payable to the City of Troy and acceptable to the City of Troy in the amount of $10,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the awarded bidder upon successful completion of all contract requirements.

Bidders should examine the sites to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the specifications. If a bidder does not make a site inspection, that bidder accepts full responsibility and risk for any errors or omissions in his/her bid proposal.
The undersigned agrees to submit a list of proposed subcontractors, if applicable, for approval by the designated City representative (see Vendor Questionnaire #4). The City will not allow subcontracting of mowing services.
