Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals to FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL, AND LABOR TO STAIN THE EXTERIOR OF THE GENERAL STORE LOCATED AT THE TROY HISTORICAL MUSEUM will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. 

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of 10% of the bid amount must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
