Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT TO PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES FOR THE 2015 AND 2016 SUMMER/WINTER TAX BILLS WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR THREE (3) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR TAX PERIODS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, February 19, 2015 at 10:00 AM E.S.T., after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Late bid submittals are not accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission.
A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $3,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned after the bid has been opened for at least 72 hours. The bid deposit of the successful bidder will be retained as performance surety through contract completion. If the current provider has a bid surety on file for this contract, he/she may request to move the bid deposit forward to the new contract period. It shall be the responsibility of the vendor to make sure the deposit is still on file.
