Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this request for proposal is to contract for UPGRADED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND CIVIC CENTER AREA will be received by the City of Troy Clerks office at 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. The successful organization will provide Three (3) Year Requirements of Landscape Maintenance Services with Two (2) One-Year Options to Renew in accordance with the specifications.

A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $14,325 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE
