RFP-COT 10-01 Upgraded Landscape Maintenance - Upgraded Landscape Maintenance Services

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for UPGRADED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. 

Four (4) copies of the complete package shall be submitted at the time of proposal submission. 

A cashier’s check, certified check, money order, or irrevocable letter of credit payable to the City of Troy and acceptable to the City of Troy in the amount of $15,000 must accompany the proposal to insure the proposal. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. 



Bidders are invited to examine the proposed work sites to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the specifications. If a bidder does not make site inspection(s), that bidder accepts full responsibility and risk for any errors or omissions in his/her bid proposal.
