Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for TWO YEAR REQUIREMENTS FOR CITY VEHICLE WASH SERVICES WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWO YEARS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084.

The City of Troy Representative shall conduct a site visit to the vendor facilities to tour and inspect the company facilities and equipment that will be used to provide vehicle wash services to the City of Troy. 

Fresh water must be used at all times.
