Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking eletronic proposals from qualified architectural/engineering firms for the construction of a modular library located at Underwood Park, per the proposal form and specifications. The City will be utilizing American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for this project. Thus, the architect, contractors, and subcontractors must follow ARPA guidelines in order to have this project qualify for the use of available ARPA funds.
