Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to operate a food and beverage concession at Halmich Park. Operation will run concurrent with the City’s spring/summer/fall activity schedule at the park for the term of May 1 through August 31 for the years 2023 through 2025. There is an option to renew for three (3) additional two (2) year periods, followed by one final year. To be considered for award, vendors must submit their bids electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system.
