20221109 - Microsoft 365 Cloud email archiving/journaling software service

We are requesting electronic quotes for an email archiving/journaling solution for our Microsoft 365 cloud email system. The main purpose for this would be to journal all incoming, outgoing, drafts, and deleted emails for a retention period of 7 years.  We would like pricing on both on-prem and cloud versions.  The bid must also include the ability to import existing archived emails from the current system, Mailarchiva. The bid must also include the installation and setup of the new system.   Also, include annual renewal and maintenance costs.

Number of Microsoft 365 Email users: 1000
Domains:  cityofwarren.org, warrenpd.org, 37thdistrictcourt.org, warrenfiredept.org
Current Archived data: 3TB
Software Service Term:  1 year with annual renewal

Here is the list of features we would need:
OnPrem or cloud platform
Web portal to administer the system
Ability to search the last 7 years of emails (inbound, outbound, deleted, drafts)
Export resulting emails to various formats like pst, pdf, and eml
Software must be compatible with Windows Server 2012 and newer
The main storage for data will be a NAS or local storage on the server
Ability to import from Mailarchiva archiving system



We would like separate quotes based on the following configurations:

1.  OnPrem setup and installation including import of existing archived data
2.  OnPrem setup and installation without the import of existing archived data
3. Cloud setup and installation including import of existing archived data
4. Cloud setup and installation without the import of existing archived data
