Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City of Warren, Michigan, Public Library to invite electronic competitive bids for a one year magazine subscription contract commencing on May 1st, 2024. Periodical titles listed in this specification shall be shipped to each of four (4) job sites separately. The four (4) job sites consist of four (4) library branches: Dorothy Busch, Maybelle Burnette, Arthur J Miller and Civic Center Library. To be considered for award, vendors must submit their bids electronically via the BidNet (MITN) system.

The vendor is required to submit their bid and pricing pages electronically, via the BidNet (MITN) system in order to be considered for award.
