Description

The of the City of Warren Public Library is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to furnish Periodicals & Magazine Subscriptions, for a one (1) year magazine subscription contract, commencing on May 1st, 2025. Periodical titles listed in this specification shall be shipped to each of four (4) job sites separately. The four (4) job sites consist of four (4) library branches: Dorothy Busch, Maybelle Burnette, Arthur J Miller and Civic Center Library.
To be considered for award, vendors must:
1. An Authorized Company Representative must sign page 3 of the bid form.
2. Submit their bid and pricing pages electronically via the BidNet (MITN) procurement system.
