The City is estimating that it will order tables/chairs approximately five times per year. The City usually orders a minimum of 20 tables/chairs each order. The City has the right to place less or more orders throughout the year and to also order a smaller or larger number of tables/chairs per order. The awarded vendor shall hold the City harmless for changes in quantities of orders and/or products. Estimated/historical orders. Warren Garage Sale - 200 tables and 200 Chairs Warren Craft Show - 170 tables and 170 chairs College Fair - 80 tables Mom 2 Mom Sale April and September - 40 per event. Healthy Kids Healthy Futures - 20 tables. We would also like the option to renew for two one year periods.
