Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City to contract for single stream processing of recyclables collected in a weekly program of collection, transport by the City for its residents. Recyclables shall consist of plastic containers (# 1 & 2), household plastics (# 3 thru #7), glass bottles and jars (brown, green and clear), metal and aluminum cans, newspapers, magazines, paperboard (wax paper removed) and cardboard, bundled so as not to exceed 2‘ x 2’ and tied with heavy twine per the bid form and specification.
