RFP-12-03 - 2012 Weed Cutting Season

Summary of Specifications:
Remove all debris from within cutting area then mow or cut all properties to the road or curb line. Cut height shall not exceed two inches (2") on residential/commercial lots & three inches (3") on vacant acreage. All cuts include trimming along fences, hedges, plantings and buildings. Raking or bagging of long clippings on residential lots may be required at no additional costs or a second cutting to mulch the clippings can be done. The contractor is required to keep the sidewalks, curbs & roadway free of grass & debris. Contractor understands that all lots may not be level ground and no surcharge will be paid for slopes and inclines. The contractor shall haul all cuttings and trash to a disposal site at contractor’s cost.
