ITB-1202 - 2012 Winifred Apartments Demolition

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Wayne seeks proposals for the following major items of work: The demolition, removal and site restoration: The property known as the Winifred Apartments at 3444 – 3502 Winifred Street, Wayne, Michigan 48184. Two structures are one story in height and is of brick and block construction. The third structure is two stories in height and is of brick and block construction. The total area of the three structures is approximately 10,800 square feet. The demolition work will also include the abatement of asbestos and hazardous materials in the property prior to the demolition. There is a report by PSI Engineering dated November 30, 2011 that contains a complete survey of the property (Appendix A).
