Summary of Specifications:
The City of Wayne is seeking HOME REHABILITATION SERVICES in conjunction with its federally funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This is a part-time contractual provision. All work must be in compliance with the requirements and rules of the Wayne County CDBG Program in accordance with the Housing Rehabilitation Program Manual. The deadline for submission of proposals is August 27, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. local time. A copy of the Request For Proposals (RFP) may be obtained from the Community Development Department (734) 722-2002.
