Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Conference of Western Wayne (CWW) through member Community City of Wayne is soliciting proposals to develop a potential Purchasing Cooperative. The Conference of Western Wayne (“CWW”), Downriver Community Conference (“DCC”) and the Wayne County Airport Authority (“Authority”), which represent organizations and nearly thirty communities (over 6,000 employees) (collectively the “Consortium”), are looking to cooperatively purchase the following group employee benefits: Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance and Voluntary Insurance.
