Summary of Specifications:
The City of Wixom, Michigan is seeking proposals from a qualified vendor to provide janitorial services for City Hall/Police Department, Community Center/Library, Fire Station #1, and Public Works Facility. A mandatory pre-bid inspection tour of all of the sites is required on Friday January 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall – Clerk’s Office, 49045 Pontiac Trail, Wixom, Michigan 48393. Bids submitted by firms not in attendance at the pre-bid inspection tour meeting will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the bidding firm.
