Summary of Specifications:
The City of Ypsilanti seeks an Actuary to complete a valuation of Other Post Employment Benefits as of 12-31-2012. The City's retiree benefits include health care through Blue Cross, and self insured optical, dental and prescription coverate. The City has six empoloyee groups: General/Non-Union, AFSCME, City Manager, Police Command, Police Officers and Fire. The valuation will be divided into two groups; Police and Fire, and General/Non-Union and AFSCME.

The City would like to receive the completed valuation on or before April 1, 2013 as it will be needed for the financial budgeting process.
