2022-01 - Downtown Parking Management Study

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), in collaboration between the City of Albion and the Albion Downtown Development Authority (DDA), the City seeks to build on the recent progress in its downtown redevelopment by assessing and identifying solutions and strategies in a formal Downtown Parking Plan that includes private and public resources. The City and DDA seek proposals from firms engaged in professional parking and transportation consulting and/or management to recommend flexible, responsive, environmentally responsible, and financially sustainable initiatives. The final plan should reflect knowledge and understanding of the City's parking inventory and resources and the community's values and objectives.
