The City of Albion invites the submission of proposals from an organization(s) with experience structuring and managing a community outreach process that can reach, involve, and engage diverse audiences in discussing engagement concerns and developing equitable goals and strategies. There are multiple city projects in the focus areas that may have different goals and timelines. The community organizations will, therefore, be asked to assist in coordinating and/or incorporating outreach and engagement methodologies to inform and educate residents of each project. Projects include updating of the city’s 5-Year Parks & Recreation Master Plan, Precinct/Town Hall meetings, American Rescue Plan Funds, and a variety of other projects that may impact communities related to the city’s ongoing redevelopment.  Respondents that provide this service with demonstrated experience and an interest in making their services available to the City of Albion are invited to respond to this RFQ
