Sealed Bids for the construction of the City of Beaverton Industrial Park Improvements ‐ Glidden Road
Reconstruction will be received by City of Beaverton, at the office of 124 W. Brown Street, City Hall,
Beaverton, MI 48612, until 1:30 p.m. local time on July 1, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be
publicly opened and read. The Project consists of reconstruction of Glidden Road from Terry Dianne to
Tobacco River bridge, including removal and replacement of sanitary sewer and storm sewer, installing
concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and HMA paving. Based on Executive Order No. 2020‐15
from Governor Whitmer, regarding meetings subject to the open meetings act, in order to limit in person contact, an alternative means for public participation to limit in person meetings can be implemented, such as a tele‐conference number.
