The City of Charlotte invites qualified contractors to submit proposals (RFP) for commercial flat roofing services at the City Hall building located at 111 E. Lawrence Ave, no later than 04:00 PM local time on Thursday, July 21, 2022. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope via mail or hand-delivered and clearly identifying the proposal title. A copy of specifications is available online at www.charlottemi.org or by request to the City Clerk. Access to the roof will be provided during business hours the week of July 11th by request to the Fire Chief.
