To ensure confidentiality and security of the proposal contents, the bidder is required to secure the PDF file with a password. The password must be provided separately from the document, in a separate email and sent between 12 a.m. and 4 p.m. on January 20, 2025. Please include all required documents and ensure that your proposal is complete.
