The City of Clawson is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide Information Technology Professional Services for the City. Bids will be accepted at the office of the City Clerk, 425 N. Main Street, until 4:00 p.m. on April 15, 2021, at which time and place the proposals shall be opened and publicly/virtually read. Bids should be sealed and clearly labeled as:
“BID FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES”
The City of Clawson prefers firms with some familiarity with a municipal environment, however, we will entertain a company or companies that can supply specific needs in the requested Information Technology areas. Providers should be able to provide responsive, high quality services that are specific to the criteria listed or can show strengths in all criteria. The City of Clawson seeks to maintain the current infrastructure, enhance the current infrastructure, promote resiliency, and ensure maximum return on its technology-related investments.

The City reserves the right to terminate or amend this process at any time, accept or reject any, all or portions of bids and to waive any formal defects or irregularities in the bids, when deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The right is further reserved to accept a bid higher than the low bid when, in the opinion of the City Council, the public interest will be better served.
