Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting
A mandatory pre-bid meeting at the City of Flint will be held on Wednesday, July 27th at 10:00 am EST at the Water Pollution Control Administration Building, 4652 Beecher Rd, Flint, MI 48532. From there, a representative from WPC will escort individuals to the City’s Sludge Tank. This venue will also allow contractors to ask any questions concerning this Project. Failure to attend this meeting may result in disqualification of your bid.
Interested bidders must submit a notice of intent in writing to attend the pre-bid meeting to Lauren Rowley, Purchasing Manager at lrowley@cityofflint.com by Tuesday, July 26th at 10:00 A.M. EST.

Proposal submittal information MUST be received by the following dates and times:

The mail in HARD COPIES with the original signature (signed documents) must be received by Friday, August 5, 2022, by 11:00 AM (EST), City of Flint, Finance Department - Division of Purchases and Supplies, 1101 S. Saginaw St., Room 203, Flint, MI, 48502. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.
Electronic Copy, please email to PurchasingBids@cityofflint.com by Friday, August 5, 2022, by 11:00 AM (EST). Please note that in the subject line of the email, type in the proposal name and number.
