It is the intent of the City of Flint Blight Department to solicit proposals from qualified pest control businesses who are duly registered and licensed in the State of Michigan to render quality pest control services to blighted homes within the City of Flint’s 4 quadrants (see attached for outlined map). Responder is to provide an environment, free from, but are not limited to, the following pests:
• Mice, rats and other rodents
