A mandatory pre-bid meeting Flint will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 11:00 AM EST at the McKenzie Conference Room 2nd Floor, Flint, MI, 48502. Prospective bidders are to meet here with representatives from Department of Public Works/Traffic Engineering being present to answer any questions/concerns. For more questions, please contact Mark Adas, City Engineer at madas@cityofflint.com. This will be the only venue that potential contractors will be able to have a face-toface conversation with the Departments. Failure to attend this meeting may result in disqualification of your bid.

Proposal submittal information MUST be received by the following dates and times:
1. The mail in HARD COPY with the original signature (signed documents) must be received by Wednesday, March 22, 2023, by 11:00 A.M. (EST), City of Flint, Finance Department - Division of Purchases and Supplies, 1101 S. Saginaw St., Room 203, Flint, MI, 48502. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.
2. Electronic Copy, please email to PurchasingBids@cityofflint.com by Wednesday, March 22, 2023, by 11:00 A.M. (EST). Pease note that in the subject line of the email, type in the proposal name and number.
3. Faxed bids are not accepted.
4. Both mail in proposal and electronic submittal must be received by due date and time.
