Description

Bidder shall provide rental of two (2) piece Uniforms and California-gown style Lab Coats as specified. Each uniform shall be identified with employee name. Driver shall provide an inventory report of cleaned uniforms (dropped off) and soiled uniforms (picked up) to the Owner’s designated representative at each delivery.

Once initial orders are in place, the successful Bidder shall fill orders for newly added employees within two (2) weeks, and Owner shall promptly identify employees to be removed from order.

Bidder shall provide one (1) white California gown style Lab Coat for each WPC lab employee. Each lab coat shall be personalized with employee name. Total quantity is approximately eight (6) lab coats.
