Description

The CITY OF FLINT (COF) is hereby soliciting qualifications for professional services for the maintenance of the COF’s urban forest. This request invites firms to submit pre-qualification materials related to the project description, based on criteria detailed below under Proposal Content. Once firms are selected they will be placed in a pool of qualified contractors, which will then be invited to bid on specific projects as they arise. This pool will remain active for three years from the date of its initiation, but may be reopened at any time to receive new members. The COF makes no guarantee, express or implied, that firms deemed qualified will ultimately be awarded a contract.

The hand-delivered or mail in HARD COPY with the original signature (signed documents) must be received by Friday, July 9, 2021, by 11:00 AM (EST), City of Flint, Finance Department - Division of Purchases and Supplies, 1101 S. Saginaw St., Room 203, Flint, MI, 48502. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.

2. Faxed bids are not accepted.

Both hand delivered and mail in proposals must be received by due date and time.
