948-73-02 - Comprehensive Wellness & Performance Training

Bidders are required to submit electronically their completed, signed bid document with detailed responses in the fields provided including attachments, descriptive literature, etc.  Failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive.  The City reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any irregularity or informality that City deems correctable or otherwise not warranting rejection of the bid response. All responses become the property of the City of Grand Rapids.  The content of all responses shall be held confidential and sealed until after the bid opening.

Responses received after the date and time indicated will not be accepted or considered.  Responses may be withdrawn or modified in writing prior to the response submission deadline.  Responses that are resubmitted or modified shall be submitted electronically to the MITN Purchasing Group site prior to the response submission deadline.  Following the deadline date responses will be considered firm.

Bidder shall provide one complete copy of the proposed training materials with their bid response.
