Cleaning services for fire stations shall be on a rotating schedule ensuring all service will be completed over the term of the contract; three (3) stations being service in the first year, three (3) service in the second year, and four (4) service in the third year.

The City desires the awarded Contractor have at least three years of continuous experience in providing the services specified. In addition, the Contractor shall be fully licensed, bonded and insured as per state of MI requirements. Pricing/Rates proposed for complete services as described herein shall be inclusive of all overhead, all fuel costs, mobilization, labor, equipment, scheduling, round-trip transportation to the service location, incidentals, profit, and all other miscellaneous cost borne by the Contractor. No additional costs shall be recognized over the life of the contract unless agreed to in writing by the City.
