Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for “as needed” fencing services as per the specifications contained in the attached bid document. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts as it deems in its own best interests to do so. Services requested or required under this contract will be separate from any construction-related projects conducted or processed through the City Engineering Department.
Companies interested in submitting a response to this solicitation are required to complete the attached bid document and upload through the Bidnet Direct procurement system, along with any attachments by the deadline specified. Bidders shall note, hard copies sent via USPS, delivery service, or dropped off in person shall not be accepted.
Bidders must note that an awarded vendor(s) to this solicitation, must also be registered in the City’s financial management system, Advantage360 through the Vendor Self Service (VSS) site. No separate schedules, agreements, terms, conditions, etc., shall be recognized or accepted if not submitted with the response to this solicitation.
All information in a bidder’s response and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1976 no. 442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof. Bidders shall note that pricing methodologies, cost and fee proposals, and any other response information related to pricing shall not be considered confidential information.
