983-47-15 - Lease of Mowers, 60” Zero-Turn – Gas & Electric

The City desires a 36-month lease for thirty (30) new Exmark Lazer Z X Series EFI zero-turn 60” mowers with mulch kits, or approved equivalent; four (4) new Lazer Z V-Series with Hypercell and Electric Series 4 Deck , or approved equivalent.

The City estimates the annual hours of usage per unit at 300 hours.

Three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic (PDF) copy of the Operation, Maintenance and Shop manual(s) shall be provided at the time of delivery and included in the pricing proposed.  All copies submitted shall become the property of the City of Grand Rapids.

Upon delivery of the mowers the Contractor and the City’s designated Project Manager shall inspect the delivered units and complete a “Lease Unit Inspection Form, Delivery - Start of Lease for Mowers 60” Zero-Turn ” or similar document (see Exhibit A). Any unit or component found to be not acceptable to the City shall be removed and repaired or replaced with an acceptable unit or component within 24-
hours. At lease end the Contractor and the City’s designated Project Manager shall inspect the mower units and complete a “Lease Unit Inspection Form, Pickup End of Lease for Mowers 60” Zero-Turn” or similar document (see Exhibit A). Contractor shall be responsible for picking up all units at the city site.
