All solicitation information and documents shall be available to vendors in the MITN Purchasing Group at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/cityofgrandrapids

The awarded Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, packing materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary for round trip transport and placement of specified election equipment for each election.

The current precinct locations list is attached as Exhibit A and the sample load list is attached as Exhibit B, The city has also included exhibit C truck layout.

Bid Pricing:
The City of Grand Rapids is considering two options for bid pricing. Bid Item #1 is the option of a bid price per round trip delivery and pick up for each precinct location, or Bid Item #2 of a billable hourly rate for the specifications indicated herein. The City reserves the right to determine the best bid option pricing that it deems to be in the City’s best interest.
