The City requires submittal of one electronic version of their response to be provided in PDF format not to exceed twenty-five (25) pages. The page limit does not include Exhibits A through C. To expedite proposal evaluation and to assure that each proposal receives the same consideration, all proposals should adhere to the format described below. A completed, signed copy of this RFP document shall be submitted as part of the proposal response; the Proposer name and/or initials shall be entered in the areas provided. Written notice should be included with the proposal if there is any intent to take exception to or propose variances to any requirement, term, or condition and must be specifically noted as an “Exception” in the fields provided.
