The City of Grand Rapids desires bids for complete sanitary sewer inspection and assessment services, as per the specifications contained herein. Service for a sanitary sewer evaluation survey on portions of the sanitary sewer system to identify Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) and overall condition in accordance with NASSCO guidelines. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, mobilization, safety equipment, traffic control devices and incidentals as required and as per all specifications, laws, rules, regulations and industry standards. Submission of bid shall be construes as a conclusive presumption that the bidder is thoroughly familiar with the bid requirements and specifications, and that the Contractor understands and agrees to abide by each and all of the stipulations and requirements contained herein.

The City of Grand Rapids prefers to award this project as a lump sum total cost based on the proposals received and available budget. If Vendor feels that the Environmental Service Department may benefit from additional services related to but not specifically listed in scope, please describe the Optional Related Services, as well as corresponding costs/amount. Notification of the final project scope will be communicated at award of project.
