The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified firms to partner with the City of Grand Rapids to provide comprehensive utility network assessment services for a planned migration to the out-of-the-box ArcGIS ESRI Water distribution, Stormwater collection, and Sanitary collection data models. This RFP is not a contractual offer or commitment to purchase services. Respondents must be bona fide providers of the products and services requested. It is expected that detailed negotiations regarding any final agreement will occur prior to agreement execution.

The selected vendor shall be responsible for researching, collecting, and analyzing all relevant information necessary to provide the City with a comprehensive assessment, report, and plan for implementing a migration to ArcGIS Utility Network for the Water, Sanitary, and Stormwater utilities. This RFP is for assessment services only and does not include implementation or configuration of the final Utility Network. The selected vendor shall be responsible for familiarizing themselves with all applicable City codes and State/Federal regulations, as well as supplying a dedicated project manager for the project.
