City of Hillsdale Design/Build Building Project
The City of Hillsdale is requesting design/build qualifications and proposals for the
following project:
Transfer Station:
60’ x 60’ Non-insulated Pre-Engineered/Pre-Fabricated Structure
Option 1: Pre-Engineered Metal Building Structure and associated concrete work.
Option 2: Contractor offered alternate style/type Pre-engineered/Pre-Fabricated
Building Structure and associated concrete work. (NO WOOD STRUCTURES)
RFP due date/ Public Opening:
Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm (local time) on March 3, 2021 at the following
