NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk’s office located in the City Hall Building, Hillsdale, Michigan 49242 until 2 p.m. local time, on February 25th, 2021, and at that time will be publicly opened and read aloud for:

PREFABRICATED BUILDING WITH 15 KV
SWITCHGEAR AND VOLTAGE
REGULATORS WITH STRUCTURES - REBID
The furnishing of all labor, materials, apparatus, expendable tools and equipment, and all other services required for the design, fabrication, delivery f.o.b. and installation on Owners foundation job site, Hillsdale, Michigan, of one (1) lot Prefabricated Building/Protected Aisle. The Prefabricated Building/Protected Aisle will contain six (6) sections of, indoor type non-arc resistant 15kV Metal Clad Switchgear with relaying and breaker controls, 125VDC battery system and SCADA system. The Prefabricated Building/Protected Aisle Switchgear shall contain all required auxiliary equipment listed within the included specification sections including all specified and otherwise required accessories, specified spare parts, and the furnishing of technical field installation direction and inspection services associated with the improvements to the Municipal Electric System of the City of Hillsdale, Michigan.
The furnishing of all labor, materials, apparatus, expendable tools and equipment, and all other services required for the design, fabrication, and delivery f.o.b. job site, Hillsdale, Michigan, of twelve (12) single phase 416.3 KVA 15kV Voltage Regulators including all specified and otherwise required equipment associated with the improvements to the Municipal Electric System of the City of Hillsdale, Michigan.
The furnishing of all labor, materials, apparatus, expendable tools and equipment, and all other services required for the design, fabrication, and delivery f.o.b. job site, Hillsdale, Michigan, of 15 kV voltage regulator steel structures. In addition, include the specified equipment including all specified and otherwise required accessories associated with the improvements to the Municipal Electric System of the City of Hillsdale, Michigan.
All parts of this bid specification must be included to be considered a complete bid.
