For the furnishing of all labor, materials, apparatus, expendable tools and equipment, and all other services required for the design, fabrication, delivery f.o.b. job site including setting and field construction of all loose shipped parts on foundations at Hillsdale, Michigan, of one (1) Power Transformer. The transformer shall be rated 46 to 13.8 kV, 30/40/50/56 MVA, 55/65°C rise and installed at the Industrial Substation property. This includes all alternates, all specified and otherwise required accessories, load tap changer (LTC), specified spare parts, unloading onto foundation, field installation of items shipped loose, and the furnishing of all field installation, technical direction, startup services and inspection services associated with the improvements to the Municipal Electric System of the City of Hillsdale, Michigan.
There is a Mandatory Alternate to the Base Bid to provide a price for a 25/33.3/41.6/46.6 MVA transformer.
All parts of this bid specification must be included to be considered a complete bid.
