Description

The project will furnish the necessary labor and equipment to efficiently and safely provide Biosolids Management services for the Hillsdale Wastewater Treatment Facility. The contractor will mix and load Biosolids into transport vehicles, transport the Biosolids to MDNRE and federally approved application sites, and finally to land apply the Biosolids to suitable farmland sites. All work performed under Michigan Part 24, Federal 503 and local regulations.
