RFP due date/ Public Opening:
Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm (local time) on April 15, 2025 at the following location:
Hillsdale City Hall Office of the City Clerk 97 N. Broad Street Hillsdale, MI 49242

Scope of Work:
Provide new 29 ga. rib style roofing with exposed fasteners on the 40 x 80 storage building located at 201 Water Works Ave. (behind the City’s power plant). All work shall be in accordance with the attached specifications, standard industry standards and manufacturer’s requirements for material installations.

Pre-Bid Site Visits:
There will be no pre-scheduled site inspection, should you wish to visit the project site please contact the following city staff to schedule a site visit. Should you wish to access the existing roof you will need to provide your own ladder or other access method:
