KOLLEN PARK FIRE STATION
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Renovations and additions to the existing Kollen Park Fire Station. Renovations included
complete gut and interior remodel with new exterior skin and new M.E.P. systems.
Bid Documents will be available by Thursday, March 7, 2024 at the following locations:

Bid Due Date: Bids are due at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Holland City Hall, or hand delivered to GDK’s office
by 10:00am
Owner shall have the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
Bid Forms must be filled out completely and in duplicate, and P&P bonds shall be included as part of the base bid total.
Each bid shall be accompanied by good and sufficient bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Bid amount and
shall secure the Owner from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Bid by a Bidder or by failure of the successful Bidder
to enter into a Contract if their bid is accepted by the Owner.
Bid Opening: This will be a publicly opened bid, immediately following the bid due date and time. Contractors will be required to
deliver their bids in sealed envelopes with their company name, project name and work category clearly labeled on the front of the
envelope – Refer to the front end documents for additional information.
