The City issues this RFP to seek proposals for certified drug and alcohol testing services for the City’s 62B District Court’s Probation Department and Sobriety Court program. The 62B District Court’s Probation Department supervises and rehabilitates misdemeanor offenders while in the community. A condition of probation is the on-going responsibility of providing timely, accurate, and compliant drug and alcohol testing services to its clients. A state grant enables the City’s 62B District Court Sobriety Court program. A condition of the Sobriety Court is the on-going responsibility of providing timely, accurate, and compliant drug and alcohol testing services to its clients.
